Low Salt/Low-Fat Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
  Canned no salt added tomato paste 12 Ounce (1 Can)
  Dry white wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Helps Replace The Experience Of Salt)
  Dry mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Tabasco 1 Dash (To Taste)
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mild chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped yellow onion 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Liquid smoke 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Blend all ingredients well, and simmer for 25 minutes.
Careful, this is a ploppy sauce, and it will bubble and splash on your shirt or dress.
Keep refrigerated for up to 1 1/2 weeks.
