Veal Steaks In Onion Sauce

Ingredients
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Veal arm steaks 4 (1/2 Inch Thick)
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Dry onion soup mix 1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chili sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix flour, mustard, garlic salt and pepper together.
Coat steaks on both sides in seasoned flour mixture.
To preheat browning dish, MICROWAVE 4 MINUTES on HIGH.
Add oil and 2 steaks.
MICROWAVE 4 to 6 MINUTES on HIGH, turning steaks over after 2 to 3 minutes.
Set aside.
Preheat browner again, if necessary.
Brown remaining steaks.
Return first two steaks to browner.
Combine soup mix, water, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce and salt in small bowl.
Pour over steaks.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 12 to 15 MINUTES on '6', or until steaks are fork tender.
