Herbed White Clam Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Canned minced clams 13 Ounce (Two Cans, 6 1/2 Ounces Each)
  Garlic juice 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Dry white wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Whipping cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, snipped
  Oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon peel 1⁄4 Teaspoon, grated
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

In 1 1/2 quart casserole, place butter and onion.
Microwave at HIGH (10) 2 to 3 minutes.
Drain clams, reserving juice from one can.
Add clams, clam juice, garlic juice, white wine, whipping cream, parsley, oregano, lemon peel, salt and pepper.
Stir to blend.
Cover and Microwave at HIGH (10) 4 to 6 minutes, stirring every minute.
