Bordelaise Sauce Using Brown Sauce

|Shallots||2 Tablespoon, finley minced|
|Dry red wine||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Brown sauce/Canned beef gravy||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, minced|
|Sliced mushrooms||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), cooked in a little butter|
1. Melt the butter in a saucepan and cook the shallots until they are transparent.
2. Add the wine and simmer until reduced one-half. Add the remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly.
