Bordelaise Sauce Using Brown Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Shallots 2 Tablespoon, finley minced
  Dry red wine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Brown sauce/Canned beef gravy 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Sliced mushrooms 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), cooked in a little butter
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Melt the butter in a saucepan and cook the shallots until they are transparent.
2. Add the wine and simmer until reduced one-half. Add the remaining ingredients and heat thoroughly.
