Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 1 Can (10 oz)
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Cayenne 1 Dash
  Ketchup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Pour tomatoes into a saucepan, breaking up the large chunks with a fork.
Add all remaining ingredients, cook to boil, then reduce heat, and simmer slowly for about 45 minutes.
