|Cold water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Grated lemon rind||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Rhubarb||1 Cup (16 tbs), finley diced|
Mix cornstarch with sugar.
Blend to a smooth paste with water and honey.
Heat orange juice, lemon juice, and rind.
Add gradually to cornstarch mixture.
Cook over direct heat until thickened.
Stir in rhubarb and salt.
Simmer for a few minutes
