Try out the easy-to-make Nicoise Sauce. Enjoy the Nicoise Sauce at any party and let us know how you liked it!
|Tomato puree||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Green pepper||1 , seeded and finely chopped|
|Chopped tarragon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped chives||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Mixed With Tarragon)|
|Mayonnaise||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1. The puree should be about as thick as the mayonnaise. Cook, if necessary, to desired thickness and chill.
2. Combine the tomato puree with the green pepper, tarragon and chives. Fold into the mayonnaise and mix well.
