Roast Duck And Pwm Sauce

Ingredients
  Duck 5 1⁄2 Pound
  Vegetable oil 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Sauce 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Marinade 1 Tablespoon
  Chicken stock 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Brown sugar 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Soy sauce 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Honey 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Five spice powder 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1 Combine marinade ingredients in a large bowl. Add duck and baste with mixture. Marinate 1 hour. Baste and turn duck every 15 minutes.
2 Drain duck, reserving marinade. Roast duck Chinese style on a rack over a pan of water at 350°F (180°C) for 2 hours, basting with marinade every 30 minutes.
3 Chop duck into serving pieces and arrange on a serving platter. Heat oil in a saucepan, add plum sauce and heat through. Pour over duck.
