Roast Duck And Pwm Sauce

|Vegetable oil||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Sauce||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Chicken stock||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Brown sugar||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Soy sauce||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
|Honey||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Five spice powder||1 Teaspoon|
1 Combine marinade ingredients in a large bowl. Add duck and baste with mixture. Marinate 1 hour. Baste and turn duck every 15 minutes.
2 Drain duck, reserving marinade. Roast duck Chinese style on a rack over a pan of water at 350°F (180°C) for 2 hours, basting with marinade every 30 minutes.
3 Chop duck into serving pieces and arrange on a serving platter. Heat oil in a saucepan, add plum sauce and heat through. Pour over duck.
