Egg Sauce For Broiled Fish
|Potato flour/Brown rice flour||4 Teaspoon|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Skim milk powder||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Hard boiled eggs||2 , chopped|
|Parsley||1 Teaspoon, finely chopped|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
Put oil in top of double boiler but do not heat yet.
Add potato or brown rice flour to the oil, whisking slowly.
Combine water and skim milk powder with a wire whisk, and add slowly to the above mixture, stirring constantly.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cook 10 minutes, or until flour is cooked and sauce is thick.
