Chicken Balls In Orange Sauce

Chicken balls in orange sauce is an interesting recipe. You have fried chicken balls dipped and served with orange sauce. You can relish this dish with rice and some vegetables.
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Corn starch 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Five spice 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Chicken breast 1 Pound
  Egg 1
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Minced garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Ginger powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Szechuan peppercorn 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tarragon 1 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Hoisin sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Orange zest 1 Tablespoon
  Sauce thickener 1 Tablespoon
  Orange pieces 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Mix all the spices, flour, cornstarch, salt and coat chicken in it. Add an egg, water to it and make a thick batter. Cover and chill for 10 minutes. Then add orange juice, lemon juice and minced garlic. Further add ginger powder, szechun peppercorn, tarragon to it. Now add brown sugar and sugar, hoison sauce, soy sauce, orange zest. Stir it on medium heat and add sauce thickener. Stir it till thick and syrupy and add orange pieces. Keep aside. Deep fry chicken pieces, drain. Serve the chicken balls with orange sauce.
