Whiskey Sauce

Whiskey Sauce is used to make dessert. Whiskey Sauce gets its taste from butter mixed with sugar and flavored with whiskey. Whiskey Sauce add to the flavor of desserts.
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Half and half 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whiskey 2 Tablespoon

Combine butter, sugar, and half and half in a heavy saucepan; cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Let cool, and add whiskey.
