Scallops In Cream Sauce is a perfect appetizer. If you like your lemon flavored seafood mixed in cream and dashed with pepper then you should try this Scallops In Cream Sauce recipe.
Ingredients
  Scallops 4
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Seasoning 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Ounce
  Flour 1 Ounce
  Cream 2 Tablespoon
  Paprika pepper 1
Directions

Simmer the scallops in the milk for 5-6 minutes until just tender.
Lift out of the milk and put on to the shells or in a hot dish.
Blend flour with the cream, add to the milk together with butter and seasoning.
Bring to the boil and cqok until smooth and thick.
Add squeeze lemon juice.
Pour over the scallops.
Garnish with red paprika pepper.
