Scallops In Cream Sauce
|Milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Simmer the scallops in the milk for 5-6 minutes until just tender.
Lift out of the milk and put on to the shells or in a hot dish.
Blend flour with the cream, add to the milk together with butter and seasoning.
Bring to the boil and cqok until smooth and thick.
Add squeeze lemon juice.
Pour over the scallops.
Garnish with red paprika pepper.
