Cauliflower With Creamy Chive Sauce

|Cauliflower||1 , washed|
|Yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Danone Nonfat / Low Fat)|
|Chives||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Dried chives||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
Steam cauliflower, covered, over boiling water 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
In a small bowl combine yogurt, chives and mustard.
Blend well with wire whisk or fork.
Spoon over cooked cauliflower, allowing steam to heat sauce.
