Raspberry Sauce With Liqueur
|Raspberries||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fresh /Thawed/Frozen)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fruit liqueur||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Drain frozen raspberries if using.
In a blender or food processor fitted with a metal blade, combine raspberries, sugar and liqueur and blend to a thick sauce.
To remove seeds, press sauce through a sieve and into a glass bowl.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
