Plain Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Canned crushed italian tomatoes 28 Ounce (1 Can)
  Ground pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Heat oil in a medium saucepan.
Press tomatoes through a food mill or sieve, above, to remove seeds.
Add tomato pulp to saucepan.
Simmer uncovered 15 to 20 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
