Chocolate Sauce Supreme
|Semi sweet chocolate morsels||6 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sifted powdered sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Light corn syrup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Creme de cacao||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
Combine semisweet chocolate morsels and butter in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil.
Reduce heat to low; cook until chocolate melts.
Stir powdered sugar and remaining ingredients into chocolate mixture.
Cook mixture over medium heat, stirring frequently, until sugar dissolves and sauce is smooth.
