Cocoa Cream Hot Fudge Sauce
|Cocoa||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Light corn syrup||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Light cream/Evaporated milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
1. Combine all the ingredients except the vanilla in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a full rolling boil. Boil briskly three minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Remove the mixture from the heat and add the vanilla.
