Cocoa Cream Hot Fudge Sauce

Hot Fudge Sauce is an amazingly delicious mouth watering dessert recipe. Serve it at your dinner party; I bet you will have a huge fan following for this one!
Ingredients
  Cocoa 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Light corn syrup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Light cream/Evaporated milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Combine all the ingredients except the vanilla in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a full rolling boil. Boil briskly three minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Remove the mixture from the heat and add the vanilla.
