Sauce Poivrade is simply a delicious side dish recipe. I bet, you would get a huge fan following for this Sauce Poivrade!
Ingredients
  Peppercorns 8 , crushed
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sauce/Leftover thickened gravy 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red currant jelly 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Mix together peppercorns and vinegar and simmer, uncovered, until reduced to one-quarter cup.
2. Add brown sauce and simmer one-half hour. Add jelly. Strain.
