|Peppercorns||8 , crushed|
|Vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Brown sauce/Leftover thickened gravy||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Red currant jelly||2 Tablespoon|
1. Mix together peppercorns and vinegar and simmer, uncovered, until reduced to one-quarter cup.
2. Add brown sauce and simmer one-half hour. Add jelly. Strain.
