Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Uncooked rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Tomato juice/1 can condensed tomato soup plus 1/2 cup water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Mix together ground beef, rice, onion, salt, and pepper. Form into 8 balls, and place in greased baking dish having a tight-fitting cover.
2. In a saucepan, combine the tomato juice and Worcestershire sauce. Heat to boiling and pour over meatballs.
3. Cover and bake at 350 F about 1 1/4 hours, or until visible rice is tender when pressed lightly between fingers. Serve with tomato sauce.
