Salmon With Garlic Sauce
|Salmon steaks||500 Gram|
|Garlic||16 Clove (80 gm), finely chopped|
|Red chili||1 , thinly sliced|
|Chopped dill||4 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground black pepper||1|
|Fish stock||500 Milliliter|
|Dill sprigs||3 (For Garnishing)|
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Heat oil in a frying pan large enough to hold fish in one layer.
Add garlic, chilli and dill, saute for 1 minute Arrange fish on top, season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Add stock, bring to a simmer, basting fish from time to time.
Cover, cook over very low heat until fish is tender, about 8 minutes.
Transfer fish to a heated serving dish with a slotted spoon.
Remove skin, keep warm.
Boil pan juices over high heat until 125ml liquid remains, about 10 minutes.
Pour over fish, serve warm or at room temperature, garnished with dill sprigs.
