Port Wine Sauce

Port wine sauce is a flavorful cooking sauce made with port wine and currant jelly. Cooked with added catsup for taste, the port wine sauce can be used with meats of choice for a heightened taste.
Ingredients
  Red currant jelly 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Port wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Catsup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, stirring until cornstarch dissolves.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and cook 1 minute
