Broccoli With Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
  Broccoli 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1 Ounce (1/4 Can)
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Trim off large leaves of broccoli, and remove tough ends; wash thoroughly.
Cut into spears.
Place broccoli in a Dutch oven; add oregano and water to depth of 1 inch.
Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until tender.
Drain; place in a serving dish.
Sprinkle broccoli with salt, if desired.
Combine the mayonnaise, Cheddar cheese, and milk in a saucepan; cook over low heat until cheese melts, stirring constantly.
Spoon mixture over broccoli, and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over sauce.
