Sweet & Sour Sauce

Ingredients
  Tomato paste 2 Tablespoon
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), finely chopped
  All purpose flour 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Red wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix tomato paste and water in a small bowl.
Melt butter with oil in a small saucepan.
When butter foams, add parsley and garlic.
Saute over low heat until garlic begins to color.
Stir in flour and sugar.
Stir in vinegar and diluted tomato paste; mix until blended.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cook over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
