Grand Marnier Sauce

Ingredients
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla bean 1 Inch (1 piece)
  Egg yolks 2
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grand marnier 2 Ounce
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped
Directions

1. Scald the milk and cream with the vanilla bean. Discard the bean.
2. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar. Add the cornstarch and liquid and cook, stirring, until thickened. Strain and chill.
3. Add the Grand Marnier and fold in the whipped cream
