|Chopped pecans||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Firmly packed light brown sugar||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Light corn syrup||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||3 Tablespoon|
|Evaporated milk||5 Ounce (1 can)|
add brown sugar, corn syrup, and flour, stirring well.
Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove mixture from heat, and let cool to lukewarm.
Gradually stir in evaporated milk and toasted pecans.
