Fish Sauce With Wine And Herbs
|White wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Scallion||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|White sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Whipping cream||2 Tablespoon|
1 In a small saucepan, put the wine, shallots and herbs.
2 Simmer until reduced to half.
3 Add in 1 cup white sauce and mix well.
4 Simmer for about 10 minutes.
5 Strain the sauce.
6 Add in cream and tarragon.
7 Serve as desired.
