  Cooked ham slices 8 (Thin / 4 Thick)
  Butter 1 Ounce
  Flour 1 Tablespoon (Leveled)
  Orange 1 , juiced
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Water 1⁄8 Pint (1/2 Gill)
  Madeira wine 1⁄4 Pint (1 Gill)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Sugar To Taste
Directions

Heat ham under hot grill for a few minutes.
Make sauce blending flour with water, then put all other ingredients into pan and cook, stirring well until thick and clear.
Pour over ham and serve with heated canned vegetables.
