Beef With Onion Sauce

Ingredients
  Beef round 3 Pound, cut into pieces
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Dry onion soup 1 Ounce (1 Package, Dehydrated)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Oil bottom of clay baker.
Add meat.
Spread dehydrated soup evenly on top.
Moisten with water.
Close and bake.
Just before serving, sprinkle generously with minced parsley or chervil.
