Beef With Onion Sauce

|Beef round||3 Pound, cut into pieces|
|Dry onion soup||1 Ounce (1 Package, Dehydrated)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Oil bottom of clay baker.
Spread dehydrated soup evenly on top.
Moisten with water.
Close and bake.
Just before serving, sprinkle generously with minced parsley or chervil.
