Nilla Fruit Kabobs With Honey Lime Sauce
|Mixed fruit pieces||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fresh, Pineapple, Melon, Kiwi, Strawberries And Banana)|
|Lime juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Grated lime peel||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground ginger||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
On 12 (4-inch) wooden skewers, alternately thread wafers and fruit pieces; refrigerate until serving time.
In small saucepan over medium heat, heat honey, lime juice, cornstarch, lime peel and ginger to a boil.
Boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
