Spicy Chicken With Fresh Berry Sauce is prepared with minimal cooking. Fresh berry sauce on chicken is like eating fruits.   Chicken breast 1 (With Skin)
  Chopped garlic 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh thyme 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Hot pepper 1 , chopped
  Blackberry 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raspberry 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon

Take chopped garlic, thyme and red hot pepper. Mix them together.
Separate the skin from the chicken, do not remove. Stuff the garlic mixture into the chicken.
In a bowl take the raspberry and the blackberry. Mash them.
Add some sugar and balsamic vinegar to the berries.
Add some chopped fresh parsley.
Let the berry sauce sit for at least 30 minutes.
Cook the chicken in the oven and serve with the berry sauce.
