Shrimp With Dill Sauce
|Onion||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Medium shrimp||1 1⁄2 Pound, uncooked, peeled and deveined|
|White wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter||3 Tablespoon, melted|
|All purpose flour||3 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Dill weed||1 Teaspoon|
In 2 quart casserole, place onion and butter.
Microwave at high (10) 1 to 2 minutes until onion is tender.
Add shrimp and wine.
Microwave at high (10) 6 to 7 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
In medium bowl, combine melted butter and flour, stirring until smooth.
Gradually add milk, stirring constantly.
Microwave at medium high (7) 5 to 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.
Add lemon juice, garlic powder, dillweed and salt.
Pour over shrimp mixture.
Microwave at high (10) 8 to 10 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes.
