Brown Mushroom Sauce
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Mushrooms||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Melt butter in a saucepan.
Blend in flour.
Remove from heat and gradually stir in consomme.
Return to heat.
Cook, stirring until thickened.
Blend in Worcestershire sauce, mushrooms, and sour cream
