White Clam Sauce

White Clam Sauce is an amazingly easy to prepare side dish which cannot just escape your guest's attention in any party. Try this delicious White Clam Sauce; I am sure you will get a huge fan following for this!
Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic clove 1 Large, finely chopped
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Clam juice 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Use Fresh Or Canned)
  Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Dried thyme leaves 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Minced clams 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Use Fresh Or Canned)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. In a saucepan heat the butter, add the garlic and cook one minute over moderate heat. With a wire whisk stir in the flour. Add the clam juice, while stirring.
2. Add the parsley, salt, pepper and thyme and simmer gently ten minutes. Add the minced clams and heat through.
