Foamy Hot Sauce

|Skim milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Cold One)|
|Unflavored gelatin||1 Teaspoon|
|Artificial sweetener||2 Teaspoon (To Equal 2 Teaspoons Sugar)|
|Flavor extract||1⁄4 Teaspoon (Vanilla, Rum, Orange, Etc.)|
Pour milk into saucepan.
Sprinkle with gelatin and let soften for several minutes.
Beat with rotary beater over low heat several minutes, until sauce is hot and foamy.
Stir in sweetener and extract.
