Foamy Hot Sauce

Ingredients
  Skim milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Cold One)
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Teaspoon
  Artificial sweetener 2 Teaspoon (To Equal 2 Teaspoons Sugar)
  Flavor extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Vanilla, Rum, Orange, Etc.)
Directions

Pour milk into saucepan.
Sprinkle with gelatin and let soften for several minutes.
Beat with rotary beater over low heat several minutes, until sauce is hot and foamy.
Stir in sweetener and extract.
