Medium White Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Flour 4 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Melt butter; blend in flour, salt, paprika and pepper.
Add milk all at once.
Cook and stir over low heat until smooth and thickened.
Cover; cook 10 minutes longer, stirring occasionally
