Ingredients
  Ripe tomatoes 2 Quart, peeled and chopped
  White onions 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chopped
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Sweet red pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Whole cloves 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon stick 1 1⁄2 (Use Whole Ones)
  Mustard seed 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Celery seed 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Wash vegetables and remove seeds from peppers.
Combine vegetables, sugar, salt and cayenne.
Place over low heat until sugar is dissolved, stirring continually.
Cook 1 1/4 hours until mixture thickens.
Add spices tied in a bag and the vinegar.
Cook until thick
