Cumberland Sauce

Cumberland Sauce has an ostentatious taste. The lemon and orange gives the Cumberland Sauce an inconceivable taste. Cumberland Sauce is inspired by restaurants internationally. Must try it.
Ingredients
  Orange 1
  Lemon 1
  Red currant jelly 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 10 Milliliter, grated (About 1 Dessert Spoon)
  Port wine/Red wine 1⁄4 Pint
  Nutmeg 1 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Melt red currant jelly and grate rind of lemon and orange.

MAKING
2. In a pan add rind and juice, grated onion and rest of ingredients and bring slowly almost to the boil.
3. Cover and infuse for 10 minutes.

SERVING
4. Serve preferably on venison, ham or meat.
