Ingredients
  Shallot 1⁄2 Teaspoon, chopped
  Parsley 1⁄2 Teaspoon, chopped
  Gherkin 1⁄2 Teaspoon, chopped
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), well crushed
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients together well.

SERVING
2.Mix into or serve with cold meats, fish and salad.
