Vinaigrette Sauce has a sole taste. The shallots and garlic gives the Vinaigrette Sauce a rousing taste. Vinaigrette Sauce is inspired by restaurants across the world. Must catch it.
|Shallot||1⁄2 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Parsley||1⁄2 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Gherkin||1⁄2 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Garlic||1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), well crushed|
1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients together well.
2.Mix into or serve with cold meats, fish and salad.
