This Liver Sauce Napoli is an excellent accompaniment to your meat and pasta dishes. I simply love this well-seasoned sauce. Try this out immediately and tell me if you like it ! Your suggestions for this Liver Sauce Napoli are welcome !
Ingredients
  Liver 8 Ounce
  Tomato juice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Dehydrated onion flakes 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Cook liver in boiling water until just tender; drain and mash or chop fine.
Meanwhile, cook tomato juice with remaining ingredients till reduced by half volume.
Add chopped liver to tomato juice mixture, and let cook for 15 minutes longer
