Carrots In Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
  Shortening 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sliced carrots 5 Cup (80 tbs), steamed
Directions

Make a thin white sauce with the shortening, flour, seasonings, and milk.
Pour over carrots and heat thoroughly.
