Peach Sundae Sauce

Ingredients
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Salt grains To Taste
  Canned peach slices 29 Ounce, drained and coarsely crushed (Reserve 1/2 Cup Syrup)
  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Preserved ginger 1 Inch, finely chopped
Directions

Combine the sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a saucepan.
Blend in peach syrup and fruit juices.
Bring to boiling; stir and cook until slightly thickened and clear.
Stir in peaches and ginger.
Simmer about 5 minutes.
Cool.
