Peach Sundae Sauce
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Salt grains||To Taste|
|Canned peach slices||29 Ounce, drained and coarsely crushed (Reserve 1/2 Cup Syrup)|
|Orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Lime juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Preserved ginger||1 Inch, finely chopped|
Combine the sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a saucepan.
Blend in peach syrup and fruit juices.
Bring to boiling; stir and cook until slightly thickened and clear.
Stir in peaches and ginger.
Simmer about 5 minutes.
