Chocolate Marshmallow Sauce
|Marshmallows||16 , cut in quarters|
|Light corn syrup||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Unsweetened chocolate||2 Ounce (2 squares)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
Put marshmallows, corn syrup, chocolate, and salt into the top of a double boiler.
Heat over boiling water, stirring occasionally, until marshmallows and chocolate are melted.
Remove from heat and blend in butter and extract.
