This chinese sauce stand in is a easy and simple mock cheese sauce that doesn€™t need to be cooked. Prepared with milk and a dash of cheddar cheese for flavor, the cheese sauce stand in is flavored with added mustard and cayenne pepper for taste.
Ingredients
  Nonfat dry milk powder 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sharp cheddar cheese 2 Teaspoon, grated
  Cayenne 1 Dash
  Dry mustard 1 Dash
  Sprinkles 2 Teaspoon (Butter Buds)
  Onion powder 1 Teaspoon
  Ground turmeric 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chicken bouillon granules 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Shake milk powder and skim milk together in a tightly covered jar until smooth.
2. Pour into saucepan and heat.
3. Add cheese. Stir until melted.
4. Remove from heat. Add cayenne and mustard to heighten the cheese flavor
