Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Melt butter, blend in flour and salt.
Add milk; cook and stir till thickened.
Add cheese.
Stir till melted.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
