Rosy Sauce easy to make. The ketcup, mayonnaise and worcestershire sauce gives the Rosy Sauce a divine taste.
Ingredients
  Ketchup 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cognac 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Prepared horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Tabasco 4 Drop
Directions

Mix all ingredients; chill thoroughly.
Arrange chilled seafood on lettuce, drizzle with lemon juice and spoon on sauce
