Tomatoes With Brown Sauce

Tomatoes with brown sauce is a baked tomato preparation simply made with brown sauce. A flavorful side for any meal, the tomatoes with brown sauce is savory and soft and very appetizing.
Ingredients
  Tomatoes 4
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste (Few Grains)
  Butter/Other fat 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Brown sauce 4 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

Plunge tomatoes in boiling water for one minute.
Peel, slice and put in baking-dish.
Add seasoning and fat in small pieces.
Bake in a moderate oven (350°-400° F.) for ten minutes.
Add brown sauce and again bake for ten minutes.
