Poached Fish With Avocado Sauce
|Frozen fish fillets||2 Pound, thawed|
|Onions||2 , thinly sliced|
|Lemons||2 , thinly sliced|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, melted|
|Black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Lemon||1 , cut into half, squeeze 1 half and slice other half|
|Avocado||4 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Onion||1⁄2 Small, finely chopped|
Pat fillets dry with toweling; cut into serving portions.
Combine onions and lemon slices with butter, salt, bay leaf, and pepper in ovenproof baking dish.
Place fillets on top; add water.
Cover, cook at 350Â°F 45 minutes.
Before serving, carefully remove fish fillets with slotted spoon or spatula.
Place on heated platter.
Sprinkle with juice from 1/2 lemon; garnish with additional lemon slices.
Prepare Avocado Sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients well.
