Poached Fish With Avocado Sauce

Ingredients
  Frozen fish fillets 2 Pound, thawed
  Onions 2 , thinly sliced
  Lemons 2 , thinly sliced
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Lemon 1 , cut into half, squeeze 1 half and slice other half
  Avocado 4 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Mashed avocados 2
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1⁄2 Small, finely chopped
Directions

Pat fillets dry with toweling; cut into serving portions.
Combine onions and lemon slices with butter, salt, bay leaf, and pepper in ovenproof baking dish.
Place fillets on top; add water.
Cover, cook at 350°F 45 minutes.
Before serving, carefully remove fish fillets with slotted spoon or spatula.
Place on heated platter.
Sprinkle with juice from 1/2 lemon; garnish with additional lemon slices.
Prepare Avocado Sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients well.
