Quick Bordelaise Sauce

Ingredients
  Carrots 2 , finely chopped
  Instant minced onion 3 Tablespoon
  Broiled sliced mushrooms 3 Ounce (1 Can)
  Cooking claret 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Beef gravy 1 Can (10 oz)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook carrots tender in 1/4 cup butter.
Add onion, mushrooms, claret.
Simmer uncovered about 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients; simmer 5 minutes more.
