Chicken And Bell Pepper Pizza With Barbecue Sauce
|Shredded cooked chicken||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Barbecue sauce||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Spicy Or Hickory Flavored)|
|Baked cheese pizza crust||1 Pound (1 Single)|
|Onion||1⁄2 Medium, sliced|
|Green bell pepper||1⁄4 , sliced|
|Red bell pepper||1⁄4 , sliced|
|Thinly sliced oil packed sun dried tomatoes||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), drained|
|Pine nuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dried oregano||2 Teaspoon, crumbled|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 450Â°F.
Combine chicken and barbecue sauce in small bowl.
Let mixture stand 15 minutes. (Can be prepared 2 hours ahead. Cover mixture and refrigerate.)
Place pizza crust on baking sheet.
Spread chicken mixture over.
Arrange onion, bell peppers, sun dried tomatoes and pine nuts over.
Sprinkle with oregano.
Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Spread cheese evenly over.
Bake until crust is crisp and cheese bubbles, about 17 minutes.
Cut into pieces.
