Velvet Lemon Sauce
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Soft butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|White pepper||To Taste (Few Grains)|
|Hot water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Put eggs, salt, lemon juice, butter, pepper, and onion into an electric blender container.
Blend until smooth.
Add hot water, a little at a time, while blending.
Turn into top of double boiler.
Cook over simmering water, stirring constantly until thickened, about 10 minutes.
